Sports Court
The sports court is a dramatic, full‑height space with a clean, open playing floor set for basketball and pickleball. An adjustable basketball standard is mounted along one wall, while a custom climbing wall extends roughly 30 feet, adding a vertical dimension that immediately defines the room. The height, intuitive lighting design, and wall detailing give the space a sense of scale that feels closer to a private training facility than a typical home gym.
Positioned on the lower level, the court is also visible from above, with a viewing area from the main level that looks directly down into the space. This connection between levels makes the court feel integrated into the home rather than tucked away, allowing it to be used, seen, and experienced from multiple vantage points.
Golf Simulator
At one end of the sports court, the space transforms with a thoughtfully engineered feature that allows a full golf simulator to appear and disappear as needed. A concealed rear wall folds down to create the hitting surface while a ceiling‑mounted projector lowers into position, converting the court into a high‑end simulator without permanently dedicating the room to a single use.
When not in use, everything tucks cleanly away, preserving the full volume and function of the court. It is an efficient, well‑executed design that adds another layer of versatility while maintaining the clean, architectural feel of the space.
Exercise Room
The exercise area is designed as a private wellness retreat, featuring walls of glass that open directly to the pool deck and the backyard while framing expansive mountain and valley views. It’s a remarkable setting for daily workouts and it’s almost like you are living in a Peloton commercial.
